Balance shaft

Hey guys, I have 1985 Vulcan 700 and i have a question about my balance shaft. So I wasn't the one to tear it apart so I am not exactly sure how it goes back together or if i have the right pieces. So I have the balance shaft in the right way because it is chain feeding the oil pump and i believe i have the left side (when you sit on it)the right way, but on the right side where does the other counterweight go? there is a one-way clutch to engage/disengage the starter and then is the counterweight next to that clutch? Or is there even 2 counterweights? any advice would help because i am lost with it and it is causing a lot of headaches.
Thanks
