Good to here from you, whatever journey you have been on.If I remember correctly it was a 77ish KZ1000 Kaw clutch cable that I found in a motorcycle boneyard.Look for any of the older standard type Kaws with the inline 4 and lower stock bars than the VN7xx mini apes,The fitting on the clutch lever end will be straight and the transmission end of the cable is the same.It won't have the adjustment in the middle of the cable but the two ends have enough to get the proper amount of free travel .

You should see the tinycycle me and my nephew have been working on ,It is a 1970 CB100 Honda.Tiny custom bobber. Why? I don't really have an answer to that, but when it's done I'll post some pics, you'll love it .Going all retro with it withe old Factory red white and blue racing colors.

Can you tell we are bored here in KY ?:smiley_th

I'm glad to see you are still active. I'm looking for a 750 but it seems the prices have gone through the roof. Anyhow, in the meantime I'm selling off parts. I have a Day Long seat for sale here. I paid over 1000 bucks for it. It has built in springs and I never had it on the bike. Take a look and contact me if you are interested. Take care and happy riding!

NM was great. We participated in the God As Us conference led by Richard Rohr (Franciscan who runs the Center for Contemplation & Action in Albuquerque) and Episcopal priest Cynthia Bourgeault. (google if curious) Rohr's Falling Upwards: A Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life is an amazing book.

I love the SW. The quality of light was awesome, the mountains ever-changing, and the sparseness of the high desert magical. Arriving early, we took a train to Santa Fe and hung out there with an old friend. As a QB he once led Wittenberg U. to a Div. III national championship. Now he lives in a yurt around 8,000' in the mts. Not sure what he actually does now: takes photos, leads men's retreats, is an environmental activist (made more intense by the fact that he has uranium poisoning from his well), and is active in Native American spirituality. We also visited the Georgia O'Keefe Museum. She was an extraordinary artist and human being.

How can I reimburse you for part and postage?

    Hi Corbin,
I have the pictures of the bike I'm getting rid of. Sadly, I took too much on but it was a great bike and I miss riding it. I'm asking 400 for the whole rest of the bike including engine carbs, cooling system...do you have an e-mail i can send the pictures to? Thanks Corbin for taking a look.

    Hi Corbin,
Long time...Hope all is well with you and life. I'm finally going to part out my 95 VN750. I have an engine with less than 9000 miles. Do you know anyone who's interested? Take care and hope to hear from you regardless.

Not a problem. I've seen what you are looking for fairly often on ebay. Have you checked with Crobins365? She has a lot of spare parts. Hope you get one soon; would be tough having the new cover and nothing to mount it to!

What I was talking about is the stock radator cover only in chrome instead of the black. I know there like finding hens teeth. As you can see from what Flitecontrol sent me in our conversion that you might have or even know of somebody that does have one.
    Thanks Cindy

There should be a t-connection coming off the carb vents, and the last hose goes from the T over to the right airbox (remember to cut it at a 45-degree angle to avoid bottoming out!).

How and where does this connect with the airbox? I feel stupid asking this but I can't seem to figure it out. The t-connector should put the hose pointing to the front of the bike right? It has been so long since I took this thing apart. Any help you could offer would be great. Thanks for all the help so far. Hopefully one day I will be able to answer a post.

Hey if you know anyone that is close and can help with getting the carbs off and cleaning them I will pay $150 for someone to assist me with doing it. I really want to get this bike going, but rather have someone with some know how to help/point me through the task.

I don't know if the spring would do the trick afterall. For some reason, even without the spring, the starter button will not even spark with the plate that it needs to touch. I don't know if the button is bad or what the problem is. I may need to replace the whole assambly it looks like.
