Nicely done. Wish I'd taken more pics of the progress.

I see you hacked the stock seat. I found a web site that showed how to make a new seat pan from fiber glass. Worked out well but horrible to work with. I also ditched the passenger seat.

You also stripped the tank and stuff down and painted properly. I just sanded and rattle-canned. Most of my tech advice I took from ratbike.org.

I'll post more pics when I'm finished.

hey noob, i emailed krebs today, just forwarding this to a few

Thank you, Dave. And FYI my brother and I were very alike in this.
We got balls rolling. I am 7 years older so I like to think I taught
him that. If you want to see something happen, do it. Find resources
w/ the expertise you need, put them together, learn, and do it. We
are not ppl who sit around and wish. We dream, and then we dive in
    and do.

Matthew ran a similar exercise w/ ppl he met online where they made
custom reproductions of old toys. They could make molds, pressure
inject the resin, paint them, make cards and packaging, etc. It was
amazing. His sculptor is in Mexico, his painter is in New Jersey,
etc. They never met except online where they shared their passion.

I very much ripped him off when I set up the forward control plan. I
would never have thought it possible to organize ppl across such large
distances, among complete strangers, had I not seen him do it
successfully first. They have been making those toys for like 5
    years.

    Some of his figures.

Even though they look like toys from the 80's, he made them in his
basement. There are only 5-15 of each one in the world. He has
buyers all over the globe. Collectors and such.

Thanks for writing and letting me talk about my brother a little.
Feel free to share this w/ the others in the project if you think they
    might enjoy reading it.
