    Hello Kerry,
Sorry to intrude but I noticed in a post you contributed to that you have a heel shifter on your bike. I recently purchased a 1998 VN750 and am looking to add a heel shifter due to the fact that I have dropfoot in left leg (cannot raise my foot but can exert downward pressure) and find it difficult to shift with this condition. Can you please explain how you accomplished this with your 750? It would help me out a lot.

    Thank You,

    Hey OlHoss,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you on here. I haven't been able to get on the forum much over the last two months. I was pretty active, but a job change, and living arrangements changed that I don't have so much time anymore.

My sister's band is called Redhead Express (www.redheadexpress.com). They've recorded a couple of CD's, but I don't know as if any stations are playing their stuff.

As far as scoots are concerned, I've been riding for better than 30 years. Just got mine out again today after it sat for 2 weeks. Temp got up to 40 degrees, so it was nice riding. I still have a few days riding left this year. I want to at least get into December before considering putting it away.

Oh, and my handle has nothing to do with the radio or TV industry. It stands for K-S Marketing, my online business. I sell rustic furnishings, do some web development, and repair computers - all as a low-paying hobby.

    Take care,

What is the name of your sister`s bluegrass band. I`ve been listening to country and western music all my life. KMON radio in Great Falls, Montana started broadcasting C&W in 1966 and I have listened to them when ever I could pick up a clear signal. Your handle, ksmnet, has me wondering if you work in radio or TV? I would love to come down to Branson and Nashville someday soon and take in as many shows as possible, before all the entertainers I grew up listening to are gone. All it takes is $$$. I see you only found this forum a few months before I did, and you have been pretty active too. I wish the avitars on the posts were big enough to actually get a good look at the members here and their scoots. You`re only 5 years younger than I am. We seem to have quite a few guys in this age bracket, who are either taking up riding m/c for the first time or coming back after a long hiatus. I hope the weather stays mild enough for you to keep riding for a while yet. Keep the shiny side up! OlHoss
