    Hello BMan,
I saw the picture ( https://www.vn750.com/forum/customava...tar1727_12.gif ), is this a vn 750. I have a VN 750 '86 and want to rebuild them. I find the seat quite well in the picture. did you get that picture in detail.

    sorry for my bad english.

    Regards from Germany, Rob

I made the pipes too.The head pipes were MAC staggered duals that I cut the mufflers off of and welded a set of Harley FLH bagger drag pipes to.Sadly my 3 yr. old did some "work" too the bike this winter.Chipped and scratched the paint and dinged up the pipes. It's now semi-flat black and the pipes are gooseneck turn-outs now.

BMan every body is wanting to know about your seat, which is sharp by the way,but who made those Straight shot looking Pipes for you,I know they were custom made or at least highly modified ,those are the best looking pipes I have seen on 750

The license plate frame and tail light are one unit, and doesn't have integrated turns but I wish it did.I got it off of ebay. And no offense but I think I'll hang on to mine for a while. :-)

I don't have the diagram any more.If you search the forum for lowering the bike you should find the threads were Chinron and myself talked about the brackets.I sent him the patteren for mine and he converted it to a file you can down load and take to a shop and have them made.Or if you would still like to have a suspention check out this place http://www.crc2onlinecatalog.com/chopper3.htm or watch ebay for a cheap set of10.5 or 11 inch harley shocks, which is what Im going to do this winter since mine are shot and do away with the brackets.

    hey Bman
I was looking at your lowering brackets.. any way I could get your diagram and what you had to change to add the brackets? I would like to lower mine 2-2.5 inches. I am going to use rigid for now, but I would like to have a set of brackets. I don't have equipment to make them, but I might find a place to do so.
    thanks!
