I think the 500 has the avoidance but don't think the 200 does... I have down loaded both user manuals... I really think the Custom Routes in the 500 would be very useful as a cycle system, you can customize up to 10 custom routes in the 500......
FireAnt, I know what you mean $$$$ that is why I have the Nuvi 200 and am thinking about the 500 instead of a motorcycle specific GPS...Besides I don't even like their size and mounts, I'll take mine stuck on the tank please......
