I have owned the c330, nuvi 230, 750 and 760. All of the Garmins work great. Pick the one with the features you want and go for it. Tom Tom users seem to have more problems with their units. One word of advice about battery life is that it varies from unit to unit. Features selected will also effect batt life, keep your settings simple and the battery lasts longer. The plus to smaller units is that they are easier to carry when you want to walk around a large city.
