When I start the bike, the left pipe sounds normal while the right is popping, the air/fuel are adjusted right, I just can't figure it out ???????:BLAM:
Thanx every one for the help, we've cut down the popping quite a bit, but I have this question ? my vn has a bolt in the carb. hose that allows it to breath from the p/o and my vulcan runs great, is this a good thing or bad ?

Remove the hose from the back of the right air box, cut the end of the hose at a 45 degree angle, and reinstall.
Probably won't help your problem, but it's good to do anyways
