Part Prints

Just some working prints that I drew up for some of the parts that I've made for my bike. If there's any questions ask. There are pictures in my photo gallery of the completed parts.

Very nice. Those swing arm covers came out great.
What is part 2 on the mcct?
Do you get much leak out of the mcct via the bolt threads?

Wiring Diagram + annotations * still undergoing revisions, but still more useful than the generic one. Let me know if you find mistakes or think something additional should be added

Thanks Doc

Thorn, part 2 is the part that I am pointing at with my knife in the attachments, it is what actually makes contact inside of the engine to provide the tension. On the set that I made I went ahead and pinned them in place onto the end of the stainless bolt just to be doubly sure that they wouldn't move. As for leaking in the pick of this part installed you can see a little bit of oil on the aluminium, this is about three weeks of riding without cleaning the bike. The rear cylinder leaks slightly more. They don't leak any worse then my converted units did, but I plan on taking them off at the next oil change and putting a rubber washer under the stainless washer and lock nut to see if that will seal up the seepage.
