Off-Season projects as promised

Hey all!
As promised, here are some pics from recent projects.

Sissy Bar- About $20 in material and a buddy who can weld aluminum.
Bought a used stock one on ebay for $30 welded a piece of 3/16 flat bar aluminum around it to make the frame.
( I know the bare metal pics are backwards, bike was in storage over winter, I didn't have the visual to figure which way was the front for the stock sissy bar, so I guessed...and fail. So I had to cut the solid plate out and sink it on the opposite side.)
2" foam for the pad.

I also put passenger floor boards on for the wife!
