Bobber build (No frame modification)

After sliding the left side of my bike last fall when someone ran me out of my lane and then the road I have decided to bobber my 92 vn750.

Finally to the bobbering. First I designed the shape i wanted the seat pan to be on a CAD software and then printed it and traced on some cardboard to ensure the design would fit.

Then I had a fab shop cut it for 12 bucks. It is 1/8 inch think fyi. I coulda done it my self but cant beat high quality precision cutting. After getting it back today I beat the s*** outta it till I got the shape I wanted. First picture is top, then side, isometric view and then on the bike. because im not maaking this a hard tail bobber the seat will be fixed on the bike with no springs. Next is fixing it to the bike. Will update when I make progress.

This is my to do list haha
-Paint the tank and fenders and paint "Bad Luck" on the sides of tank (thats what i named her ) ... Im thinking matte with semi gloss Clear or Flat Black.
-Dump the horns and replace with led fog light bar or maybe airhorn lol
-Chop frame be hide seat
-Chop and refit rear fender
-Cut,mold, dye leather for seat and send it out to get sewed someplace.... my biggest set back atm.
-Add Led turns and brake light
-Fab light brackets
-Fit a .50 calc dumby round for my shift lever

Later on:
-Paint rims to match the rest of the bike and adding trim paint of some color.
-Chop the muffs and belly

Thats about it
