Vulcan 800-900 gas tank?

So I would like to put on a vulcan 800-900 gas tank top is it viable and if so what are some things to consider? Would it even fit with our double spine? Handle bars range is also an issue im sure ...any thoughts or ideas... Why? Caus i love the guage cluster on the tank it gives the bike a sleeker look i think... Has anyone done this??

Not that I know of. The under side of the our tank is unique it seems and direct fit alternatives have never been reported here.

Some gave widened the tank..(by cutting/filling/welding) so I guess it's possible if you can weld....to do this and ....add a gauge cluster.

Personally a hate gauges on the tank as I have to move my eyes farther off the road.

I agree with KM. I prefer the gauges to be on the bars for the same reasons.
