Damage to the bike was minimal, I even rode it to work again tonight.
I scrapped the hell out of the side of the engine guard (so it handled its job rather well.)
There is a tiny scuff mark of the extreme outer edge of the throttle handle.
Then, I have a small scuff on the bottom outer corner of my saddle bag that you have to really look for to be able to see.
Aside from that, there was nothing. Picked the bike up did a walk around, started right back up and rode off.
I'd have to say that my ankle being trapped under the bike kept the back end and the muffler from being dragged on the ground. Of course, I'd much rather have the bike scrapped up then my foot, but my boot did a pretty good job of holding together, so it's all good.
......I'd rather wake up in the middle of nowhere then in any city on earth.
