Trusted Mechanic in the East Bay Area

Can any one recommend a good Kawi mechanic in the East Bay area? I need a complete inspection and once over - haven't had one since I bought the bike used. I don't have any major problems with the bike, but I'd feel better having it checked over.

Thanks for the leads.

Sorry can not help you, I am in the north bay, Petaluma area. To bad you could not do it your self, would save you a lot of money. Maybe somebody closer to you would jump in and help, who has a lot of experience with the bike. I myself do all my work myself, can't really trust to have my bike worked on by anybody else.. I don't like the shops around here, to quick to do, and charge for unneeded repairs. A lot will tell you the same thing.

Did you ever find someone? The guy I bought my bike from took it to Diablo BMW Kawasaki in Walnut Creek http://www.diablokawasaki.com/. I haven't been or talked to them.

Thanks for the lead. Actually, everything I've needed to have done so far, I've been able to do myself. So far, so good.
