That Royal Enfield is a beautiful bike. And it is great to see someone kickstart a bike, which IMO is how a bike should be started. Of my 5 bikes, only my XR400 dirt bike has a kickstarter. I would love to have an older Royal Enfield Bullet, one without the electric starter, fuel injection, and emissions stuff, if I could find one for a reasonable price. Jerry.

I am a motorcyclist, NOT a biker.

uhm... oh ya, the enfield. I'll tell you the truth. It's a good thing me and my husband can turn a few wrenches....it was manufactured
in 2006. And so far I've had to do more to it than My vulcan which was manufactured in 1994. Now if it were as reliable as say a 1960s auto
built in the states, then I'd really have something.

but tell me...wouldn't you just love to ride the country around Mount Airy?

I have 2 '60s cars I built myself from the ground up, and they are stone reliable. Just can't beat good old fashioned quality and simplicity. Sorry to here about all the problems with the Enfield. Sure is pretty though.

You mean there really is a Mayberry? Yes it sure does look like a great place to ride. Beautiful scenery. We have some nice places to ride in northern AZ, but the southern half of the state is all desert. Jerry.
