Talking Chuckle Run

Like the two biggest bullies on the block, They're gonna end up getting together. 750Doug and I have decided we gotta take the chance this summer. We also figured it might be fun to see how many in the area are brave enough to join in.
DISCLAIMER:
We cannot be held responsible for busted guts, sore sides, and stray cream pies.

The plan is to meet up in Muskegon,MI for thier weekend bike fest the weekend of July 17-19. This should be enough pre-planning time for most. Chime in if you're interested in coming along. More details will be coming as the time grows nearer.

Yes, a plan has been hatched!

Should be fun, and at a bike show, on/near Lake Michigan too.

Chuckle Run.

Some of this...

Some of this...

Alot of this...

There's a few other people going, (not from these Forums) as well.

You don't HAVE to ride either.

(Dragon, I'll give ya a call this weekend)

Sounds like a nice scenic ride...you got my attention, but I'm most likely going to have to work, because we have 2 weeks of "shutdown" before that week. I will pencil it in, just in case something changes.

Oh, boy, the Forum's not gonna be the same after you two get together! Wish I lived closer - it'd be a lot of fun.
Hey, dragon, thanks for the mention in your signature! I am honored.

I give credit where it is due.... maybe we can take up a collection to fly you in?

For anyone else, there is that chance to intercept either group as they ride through. From my end I know we'll be riding around the Windy City on our way to/from. Nothing saying we can't be temporarily hi-jacked ......

There's a very good chance I'll be driving a car, rather than riding a bike. (and I don't want to talk about that. )

However, if that happens, I'd be more than happy to pick up anybody along the way, if they need a ride, and live between Detroit and Muskegon.

Which is pretty much a straight shot traveling a slight Northwest line right to the other "shore-line" of the state. (in case you're unfamiliar and want to figure it out)

I hope it involves fresh produce and/or a pygmie goat ......

We'll have the "support van" with us too.
