Creating a tool for ACCT replacement
Tin snips or hack saw and some tin.
There are measurements somewhere in one of the manuals.. But I just sat there with my acct in front of me and made one to fit on the spot. It was not the prettiest but it worked. As far as a diagram goes, it looks like a capital T with a fat head
A = 9.5mm (0.37 in)
B +C = 19.5mm (0.76 in)
C = 6 MM (0.24 in)
D = 4 mm (0.15)
Like I said, I just eyeballed it. So did Rick at KL when he made one with my tin snips from a beer bottle top. It slides into the top of the tensioner and locks into the notches to keep it from turning and holds it in place while you put it back on the bike.
It is on pg 123 of the Clymer manual....
