for an R/R i highly recomend a mosfet R/R upgrade

The Super Mosfet Kit FH020AA
Easy, fast and complete.
$144.00 + $5.00 S+H

40 amps, and a constant 14.5 volts through all rpm ranges.

Here is a link to a write up of the install

Welcome to the forums by the way. Check my signature for some more useful information... Be sure to check my scribd pages, there is a lot of cool ideas hidden in there.

Welcome to the Vulcan madness tator.
That is a sweet looking bike you have there.

I am curious about the tool bag hanging on the forks though.
Do you carry anything in it?
And has it banged up the front fender at all?

I second slim's suggestion to put that Mosfet/shindigen r/r on your bike too.
From everything I have read about it, that is the one I would put on when I need a new one.

plan on upgrading to that down the road, getting a stock one for moment just so i can get a few good rides since my money is all funded up taking the ol me and kid to universal studios in few weeks, and the bag on the front of the bike was suppose to come with it but when i picked bike up the guy said it was stolen, which i thinks bs but i liked the bike so i traded for it.... get 20 miles down the road on it and bam battery died lol but i would like to get another bag the same as it it
