New here - From Australia

Hi all,

Have been floating around the forum for a bit now and sapping it of info, so i thought it was time to introduce myself.

Bought myself a 1986 Vn750 for a cheap price and have turned it into a Bobber/Brat Bike on the cheap. Have done all the work myself at home in the shed so with the styling guide its not perfect.

Mods are:

Street track Bars
New Grips
Deleted Tacho
Mini LED Indicators
LED Brake Light
Relocated Number Plate on customs bracket
Bobber Front
Bobbed Rear Fender - Attached to swing arm
Blacked out wheels
Black Hammer finish paint
Custom Solo Seat - (Have is the original seat cut and trimmed the other is one i made from scratch, cant decide between them yet.)
Orange Stripe over tank and rear fender
Blacked out bits here and there on the engine
Wrapped exhausts

Thats all at this stage but things we keep happening, wanting to replace the head light and a few other bits and pieces here and there - plus decide on the seat option

Anyway....just wanted to say gday from Down Under

Cheers Cam

Welcome to the VN750 Insanity.

I really want to see how the Black Hammered Paint looks. I am thinking of either Black, Silver or Gray Hammered for my bike.

Welcome to the forum!

Even with all of those mods, you should sfill relocate the regulator / rectefier, lube the splines and get a maintenance free battery. The brat style isn't my personal cup of tea, but I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of your work. It doesn't take much to get five posts.
