Hello ALL

Nice to have my Vulcan back, wanted to sell it, left it in the dealer for many months but didn't sell. Went back saw it heart felt weak and bought it back. Customized it with V&H exhaust and other goodies, now looking for cheap K&N Air filters.

Welcome to the forum. Here in the U.S., the cheapest K&Ns I've seen were a little over $60.

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Welcome back to the Vulcan madness.

I you are looking for an economical or temporary alternative to the K&N Air filters, one member here constructed some foam filters similar to the oem style. I looked for foam in a fabric store a week or so ago and had no luck finding any. Maybe check an upholstery shop if you are interested.

See link below, and note MF-AGM batteries, NGK-Iridium plugs and rear spline lube.

Welcome. Vulcan 750s are hard to get rid of, I have owned two, a '93 bought new, and traded in on a new '01 KLR650 with 80,000 mostly trouble free miles on it. Me and the KLR didn't get along, and I wound up trading it in for a new '02 Vulcan 750. It now has 44,000 miles on it. While I have made several modifications to it, the engine, intake, and exhaust remain stock, other than I switched over to manual cam chain tensioners. Jerry
