Welcome to the forum and all it offers. Lots of helpful folks here with more knowledge of these bikes than any dealership I know. If part of the riding gear that came with the bike was a helmet, I would suggest you buy a new one. Fit will probably be better and you never know if a used helmet was damaged/in an accident.

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Welcome Rafael. You're going to love your new vulcan. Where are you located? Just got home from riding mine, what a blast. Gorgeous night for riding here in Ft. Lauderdale. If you can, why don't you post a picture of your new ride for all to see.

Welcome to the Vulcan madness Rafael. Fillout your profile and add a signature line, to remind us where you are from, and what you ride, with every post you make. Then when you have a problem or a question about the bike, we are reminded which model year you have and any mods you may have made. There are not many difference in the bikes through the years, but there are a few.

Check the link below for much good info for new riders and owners.
