welcome to the madness!!! if you havn't already read the "Vulcan Verses"!
as for the seat...many here like/love the "Mustang" seat, hard to fine and cost a lot! but you could also go with the "Corbin" seat. people like/love these seats too. also bigger bucks!

Welcome to the Vulcan madness from sunny southern Alberta, Scott. The stock seat is is a PITA for most of us for anything longer than a 30 or 40 minute ride. There are seats made by Mustang, Corbin and Saddleman for the vn750, but I think you will have to watch ebay for used ones, as I`m not sure any new ones are available from any of these makers anymore. Another option is to send the seat in and get it rebuilt with a gel or air pad. It can also be built up or down to suit your height. I think it was lance328 who posted a link last week for a custom seat maker at a reasonable price. If I can find it again I`ll add it here later.

I got a custom hand-stitched De LaRosa seat thrown in with my deal today...it is light brown leather with the cross on it. I will upload pics on it tomorrow. Good luck!
