New here with starting issues

Hey everybody. My name is Jeremy. Been riding over 18 years now with a few years off due to heart issues. So glad I found this forum; it has helped me with an ear shave and rid of that air duct. But now I can't get her started. After my transplant I did a carb rebuild and also rejetted it. Put it all back together got it started and noticed the radiator was leaking so I replaced that. Now it won't start. Recharged the battery, new spark plugs. It's an 03 with less than 9K miles on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the machine!

Peak battery voltage is a must.

If the carbs aren't flooding, she needs lots of gas to wake up from a long sleep. Use the choke until it fires some. If in doubt, give her some ether.

Plugs are wet or dry after trying to start?

I had a neighbor come over and hoping it it just a defective petcock that I recently installed. Once gas was in carbs, started right up.
