Thumbs up New from Waterbury, CT

I just acquired a 1989 VN750 and found this forum while doing research for it.
It is my first full size bike having rode 150cc scooters prior.
I actually traded my Wolf EX150 scooter for the bike.
I am mechanically inclined which will save me loads on labor costs getting the bike in top shape.
I got lucky and found one that has not had the stator cover cut or the frame cut.
Previous owner put new tires, new drive shaft and spark plugs into it so that saved me quite a bit.
I am enjoying the comfortable ride and handling and of course the ability to take it on the highway.
It needs some work which i will do during the winter months and post info about in the other topics.
