I'm back !

Hi everyone !

Been gone quite a while. Let one jerk run me off the site, didn't want the drama. Got my bike out from winter storage today and decided I missed everyone here and want to try and share what little knowledge I have about our beloved VN's with people. Without this site I would have had to sell my bike, because I could not afford to have the shop fix it. Thanks to all that have helped me in the past, and can't wait to share my 2 cents when I can to help others.

FYI :
Kawasaki introduced the 750 cc class Vulcan worldwide in 1985. Due to tariff restrictions in the United States on bikes over 700 cc imported from Japan, the initial US spec model was limited to 699 cc. The tariff was lifted in 1986 and the Vulcan went to 749cc.

Welcome back!

Bike looks good. Those look like the mufflers I had on a Honda CB, they would really sound-off.

Thanks

Thanks everyone, and Spockster, the mufflers are brand new take offs of a 883, got them off of Ebay for $40 free shipping ! Fit right on, made a couple of hangers from flat bar and got rid of the Goats belly, and cut the factory shields to cover joints, and she sound awesome. No reason not to sound like a Harley in the process of outrunning Harleys Here is a pic of the other side.
