If you can get the crank for $500 and as long as it is within spec, it's cheaper than a new one. The bearings attached comment has me wondering though unless you are referring to the connecting rod bearings and rods. That would be OK. The main bearings in our crankcases are factory mounted and are not replaceable. There is no part number for them. I know, I tried because I was under the false assumption that I'd burned one out because of the noise I thought it made. I later found (after I had the engine torn down completely) that the noise was my ACCTs not functioning properly.
