Which do you prefer?

Hi guys!

So, I'm almost done with the tuxedo mod on my bike(will be posting pics prior to closing things up). Just getting everything tested out before the final installation (locking my bolts and screws down with the blue Loctite thread locker) ( stator and r/r have already been tested with my millimeter) (no interference with the new stator setup and rotor... used the duck tape method).

So my ? Which is better to use in the long run, The blue rtv gasket maker or the Black? I will be using either or on the side of the motor where the stator wires are fed through. I've decided not to notch out a portion of the side cover for my stator wires (which some do) but in lieu, I'm just going to feed the wires back through the original hole. I'm aware that I will need to put some type of Gasket making material there to prevent any type of oil leakage.

The last pic of the bike (with the RED square outlined) is where I will be using the gasket maker.

I usually pick up the blue, which is what I used on my clutch cover. Either should be fine.

Over the past year or two, I've seen nothing but good comments about The Right Stuff, which is what I'll try next. Don't know what color it is. Always need a new tube, it doesn't keep very well once it's opened.

A few here have mentioned using Right Stuff on the stator wire grommet.
