lash adjusters

hi all, winters over so ran the bike to warm up and seems ok but for ticking noise on front cylinder head so i'm thinking lash adjusters replace but on schematics it shows two different types one set has o-rings, are these upgrade versions and should i install these instead of original type with no o-rings the bike runs quiet when cold so is there any other reason for this maybe different oil etc. thanks Jethro

cam tensioners

so is this ticking noise a common cct problem ,when i put my ear to the cylinder head the noise seems to be from the opposite side of the cam chains and tensioners ,not really bad but rear cylinder is quiet and be nice to have same in front. thanks

well ,having changed the lifters i looked closely at the followers and one of them was worn inside the cup, not easily to notice but when examining it i realised it was quite bad on one side ,so changed that as well and seems a lot quieter now, so hopefully cured .
