Cannot Stop the exhaust popping

I have rejetted my carbs and i am running straight pipes with small 2 inch baffles in the pipes. I have adjusted the carbs a few times. The most i have gone is 3 turns out and it fixes the popping for awhile but it keeps coming back eventually. Any ideas?

use the search option on here and search coaster or marble

Probably not with the backfiiring, but you should probably just drop in some NGK iridiums while you're at it.
