O-ring for coolant pipe

Looking for the O-rings for the coolant pipes that run to the cylinders. Got a leak that's coming from the from pipe. It's a small drop but it seems to be getting worse. Thanks for any help. Couldn't find it on partzilla or bike bandit or maybe I just couldn't figure out what to look under.

Just go to harbour freight or similar and get a metric assortment kit, it'll be in there.

It's Kawasaki part number 670B2014. Ron Ayers has them but it will cost you a small fortune in shipping for a $0.60 part. It is a 14 mm o-ring. I would check at a local Kawi dealer (that's where I got mine) or maybe even Napa or other autopart store. I think Wolfie said they have ones that will fit at ACE hardware near him. Maybe another option.

Or of course the Harbor Freight route...I just end up finding too many things I "need" when I walk into Harbor Freight.

Do yourself a favor and buy the $5 assortment of orings from HF. You'll be surprised at how often you'll be looking for some odd oring that is in there.

In a pinch you can wrap the o-ring while on the pipe with Teflon tape to seal it. I ran like that for about a year befor I got around to fixing it. Didn't leak a drop.
Of course it's best to fix it right! Ltms

Got mine at the auto parts store.

Coated them with vaseline to help with corrosion and sealing.

I got mine from a local stealership and fixed pitting with JB Weld. A coating of dielectric "tune-up" silicone grease helped the new rings slip in.

So I used a 3/8 oRIng because that's the equilvalent in standard and it's still leaking? Any ideas? Maybe another size?
