I need help finding an ear shaving kit. I am really sick of looking at those big ugly ears. Its the only thing I have ever disliked about my bike and its time to change that. HELP!

Re: ear shaving kit

Try J&P Cycles if I remember right you order the one for the 1500. I saw one on ebay last week but I am not sure if it still there. This is the link to J&P's http://www.jpcycles.com/productgroup...f49f&cs=MetricIf the price is right I would be interested in your factory ones. You might want to check out the Yahoo group also and search the archives for Ear shave.

Re: ear shaving kit

I saw the one on Sherms and that looks like the one to go with. They want 229.00 for it which I guess doesnt seem to bad. I am now going to play the saving game. Hopefully I will be able to pull it off before the end of the year.

Talking Re: ear shaving kit

Misfit, thats cool let me know, you can email me directly if you like. When my brother wrecked the bike it broke the left side box and cover, which are currently being held together with JB Weld. I had to paint the chrome to cover the ugly gouges that incurred from it landing on that side. Thanks and let me know what you want for them. I might even be able to take trip to pick them up.

Re: ear shaving kit

When you check with Sherm's also check about a VROC discount (BTW Sherm was at the Iron Horse in Eureka Springs)
Seems like they offered a 5-10% discount.

Re: ear shaving kit

Put me down for the right side cover. The chrome plating is starting to bubble on mine.
