loose idle

Ok, so i tried to adjust the idle on my bike since it was idleing about 900 and if i stoped for too long with out giving it gas it would die on me. It was real stiff so of course i turned it very hard and now its all loose and idles about 500 and will die if i dont give it gas even if im just coasting down a hill. I can not feel the cable move any more I'm guessing i broke it.So my question is what parts do i need and how do i install it? I looked on babbitts but i dont know what exactly im looking for.

Thanks Joel
