Another dumb ACCT ???

Is there a upside-down or rightside-up when installing an ACCT? I just realized that when I re-installed my back cyl. ACCT that the housing 'hump' is on the bottom instead of the top like my front cyl.

As far as I can tell, it makes no difference at all. Figure, the tensioner is round, the spring is either in there correctly or not, and the housing itself is symmetrical. You should be fine (if someone else believes otherwise, though, holler 'cause mine are mixed as well!).

The ACCT's are interchangeable and there is no up or down. As long as you installed them properly, there should be no worries.

And just remember, the only dump question pertaining to Vulcan's around here is...
"Hey, where's that cool guy that everybody likes with the '07 Vulcan 750?!"
