Stall out with throttle

I put this in the carb section but got nothing, maybe this section will get a better response.

I have a 99 VN750 with about 14K miles on it, for some reason this season if I am at a dead stop give my throttle a quick twist and rev. the engine my bike stalls out, even if it has been running for an hour, if im at a light and rev the engine quick it stalls out. Its fine if I slowly give it some juice though.
Any thoughts?

Thanks

My first reaction would be to dose the tank with about half can of seafoam, run it then let it sit and soak in the carbs overnight. See if it solves the problem. You can get it at most auto parts stores.
