Spare Coolant Bottle Cap Anyone???

I guess I didn't thread it on correctly and look down before I left work and poof! it was gone.

Went through everything in the recycle bin, every bottle in the garage, every bottle in the laundry room, under the sink......

Probably have to buy the complete bottle & cap from RA or BB. $10 including freight, $ 1.52 parts, $ 8.00 shipping.

Anyone planning a RA or BB order I can get in on and split the freight?

try an oil bottle cap...

I THINK that's what the PO put on mine. Doesn't thread perfectly, but it works.

Though, re-reading your post, it's possible you allready tried a oil bottle cap (or power steering... or... it's black, probably automotive - past that I'm not sure what my cap is). Eventually I'll buy a new bottle and cap, but I'm cheap.

Edit: the cap is $.86 from bike bandit. Gasket is $.70 Shipping is $6. Looks like the bottle is $30.62

If you have a semi local stealership - give em a call/ drop in - should cost about the same there and should take a similar amount of time for ya to get it.
