Somewhat Embarassing question

So i've had my bike for almost a year and i'm Finaly ready for the 600 mile service. I know wtf took me that long? an equaly long story. Anyway rather than go to my nightmare of a dealer i'd prefer to do it myself, but also cant locate my user manual, go me! So i was hopeing ya'll could fill me in on what I have to do for the 600 service?

And yes i tired to search, i had no luck. I'm assuming it's, oil, filter, air cleaner, and spline check. Anything else?

General check over. Make sure you check the tire pressure.

For when you're up to your 1500 mile check-up (or whatever is next), you can go to TOC Manufacturing's website and download the Vulcan 750 Manual gratis. It's 112 MB, so probably best to burn it to a CD.

Owners manual says, for 500 mile service....
  • Check Carb Sync
  • Check Idle Speed
  • Check Throttle Grip Play
  • Clean Air Filters
  • Check Evap Emission System
  • Check Battery Level
  • Check Brake Play
  • I'm not typing any more !!!
It pretty much says to check everything, including nuts and bolts.

He is a 750 rider also.
I just put in the springs in my bike and it has never been quieter.
