coolant change

Thought I would attempt to flush the radiator this weekend and wondered what the process is. After searching the site I think what confuses me most is where/how to drain it from. Seems like there are plugs all over.

Also, what did you guys do with the old antifreeze after you were finished? Is there a place that takes it and recycles it or how do you dispose of it?

This helped me lots when I changed my coolant https://www.vn750.com/forum/showthread.php?t=217

That and the clymers manual helped guide me through it.

Someone might have better pictures than clymers available...

As far as disposal : call the dump/ recycling depot -they should be able to tell ya what to do with it. Most towns have some sort of system in place for disposal or recycling (I did it at my dads who has pickup of the same available).
