crush gaskets

Are the crush gaskets toast after they are installed and any exhaust changes need to be done?? I.E. If you install new pipes and then and few days later the pipes need to come back off, is that gasket now ruined and it needs to be replaced or am I still good for a while?

You should replace them or you will probably have exhaust leaks.

*SHOULD* replace them. However, with that short of a time span, you might be able to get away with it. If you happen to get an exhaust leak after reinstalling the pipes, then really all it ends up costing you is the extra time of having to remove the exhaust again. Which isn't all that hard when you've been degoated.
