Not Another Coolant leak! Help?

Hey all I notcied after doing my ear shave that there was coolant leaking from the pipe that goes into the cylinder head. At first it was only when I was doing the ear shave, when I finished I took her out and it seemed the leak had stopped. Now it seems to be leaking from both of these pipes. Is it as simple as pulling it and replacing a gasket or is there much more involved? You can see the little trail of fluid near the pipe and fin on cylinder head. Thank in advance

Thanks for the info Slim, also I noticed recently that my reserve tank is almost full of coolant...would that be from the leaks letting air in or should I start trouble shooting my thermostat?
