Engine ticking

There is a slight ticking coming from the front left side of the engine... any idea what it could be? I had the valve cover off and im nto sure how tight the cam chain usually feels, but feels pretty dang tight. the only thing that I have done to it recently is an ear shave, rode just fine after that, then i put a crankcase filter on and this happened.... not sure.... any ideas?

Tried the Grambo trick to see if it's an ACCT acting up?

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!

Same Issue

I have the same issue. I have a MCCT and no matter how far I go in I can't seem to get it to go away. I am afraid of taking it in too far and doing damage to the chain guard. Any thing else that it could be? Please help. It is pretty loud in lower rpms.
