Exhaust glows red

It was dusk and I wanted to start my bikeafter putting a good dose of seafoam in the tank. Only ran the bike a few minutes but since it was almost dark I notice the front and rear exhaust glowing red at the heads. Did not ride the bike just rev'd it and did hit 8K.

Opinions, please.

usually that heat can be caused by back pressure (too much) or a serious lean condition.

I had that happening on my pipes as well. I adjusted my air/fuel mix screws on the carbs from 1 turn out to 2 1/2 turns out and it fixed the problem

Hy pipes don't look as good as they use to. Any damage you think?
