torque values

anyone know what the torque values are for the exhaust gaskets, someone mentioned 12 - 14 ft lbs but seems to be not very tight. HELP

My Clymer manual list the Exhaust Manifold Cap Nuts at 18 ft-.lb.

torque values

ank you very much for the info. I have a buddy who has a honda ace 750 and his book says the same for his bike, so we figured it has to be very close the same, so I compromised and torqued them down to 16, now that I know the actual value I will finish the job. Thank again.
