Unhappy Stuck splitting case

I'm losing my mind.

Have all the bolts out and even bought a case splitter but I just can't get this thing open.

Left side of case down and splitter on the crank shaft, the rear (or left) side is coming up but not the front (right) side. I've tried rapping on the case and shafts with a rubber mallet. And nothing.

The only thing I did notice interesting is that I can't see a seam at the oil filter junction. (Yes, i've taken off the cover plate.)

I don't want to warp the case, of course. Is it possible the glue is just really old stuck? Should I start running down the seam with an xacto knife?

The reason I'm doing this at all is because it look like I had a bearing go bad. I've read that a bearing that has essentially welded itself to a shaft will make this task next to impossible.

Am I looking at an ebay engine to overhall?

Nevermind. I'm a moe-ron

I like to place the small bolts from the cases back in their original holes so i don't lose them. (It's an old habit from my Air Force days)

I placed one of the bolts into one of the holes for the crankcase. ::sigh::
