I think we need more information here. A whistle is much different than a "clang".
When does it make this noise? When it's in neutral and idling? Only when moving?
Try to give us some specific info. Does it stop at any time?

Hi. There was a sound like a whistle from an engine. and the bike stopped starting, I decided to remove the seat to charge the battery and saw that the green hose from the gas tank that goes into the absorber had torn and replaced the hoses and everything seemed to go away.

could there be a sound because the adsorber hose was torn?
