Question Oil around spark plug?

After about a half hour ride today I noticed a little smoke coming from the right side of my motor. Specifically, from the spark plug hole. I pulled the wire to see that the spark plug in the rear cylinder was surrounded by oil, however, the front cylinder spark plug on the left side of the bike was not. What does this mean? Just need to get new spark plugs because the gasket on it is bad? Or something worse?

Probably just the o-ring on the bottom of the plug well. You should see oil coming from the weep hole at the base of the rear cyl., if it's not clogged.

The rear axle nut can be used to remove the plug well if you don't have a tool. Put the nut in the well with half of it sticking out, put a wrench on the exposed half.
