Advice on replacing seat cover

Hi,
I have a seat cover that needs some help. I like the current design and would like to either replace the cover or find the same seat. I have limited fund, so what is the best way to go about?

Here is a picture with black tape:

Thanks,

Charles

Yea I'd take it to an upholstery shop or you'll end up making it worse trying to fix it 'on the cheap.'

Do you have a link? I didn't find a 'btd mart' with the listing.
Thanks!

The seat appears to be a Corbin. Contact them about a new cover...
