Relocate foot pegs

Hey! Just wondering if anyone has relocated the passenger footpegs before? My girlfriend says she would like them a little further forward, but I don't see a real easy way to do this unless there is a kit???

No kit that I've ever heard of.
Just looking at the parts fiche, it looks like they wouldn't be too tough to move up and forward by making an extention at the pivot point, but just forward, hmm, I'll have to look at the bike itself tomorrow.

Thanks Hyper! I have heard from other people that when I install the taller backrest for her, it will change the way she sits, and I might not have this problem! Hahaha

Kuryakyn makes an offset mount for their footpegs and passenger footboards. See: http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp?bn=metric&ci=3685 I just recently mounted a set on my bike when I upgraded my saddlebags. For a 4" offset on the VN750, you would need both the Kuryakyn # 8813 Splined Adapter and the # 8839 Splined Adapter Mount. Note that according to Kuryakyn, they don't make ones for the VN750, but trust me - this works. Then all you would need are some Kuryakyn foot pegs or the # 7916 footboards (See: http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp?bn=metric&ci=3285), which is what I have on mine. If you can afford them, your girlfriend will prefer the footboards.
