Bolt on footpegs or floor boards?

I emailed Chad on his KM boards, waiting on a reply. What other pegs and floorboards bolt on with little modification? My ideal alternative is Wolfie's fwd controls but I can't afford them.

I really hate the position the stock boards put my feet in. If I let my heels hook in where they want to, the shifter is almost on the top of my toe and is awkward to shift and my bad knee starts hurting. It's tearing the $#!+ out of my nice new boots too instead of being on the shifter pad on them. If i get my heel all the way onto the rubber, it's at an awkward angle for my ankles but shifts nicely and hits the shifter pad.

I can see floorboards working, or smaller standard peg that will move my heel forward where it should be.

update: Chad doesn't make them anymore. Damn.

Thumbs up

You alternative if Chad no longer makes them, is to make a set yourself, or find a metal shop to do it for you. There's a layout of my floorboards with measurements in the Flickr link in my sig.
I know someone here made a set out of aluminum tread plate. I used 3/8" aluminum. 1/4 steel would work too.

If You Are Not Sure If I Am Joking or Not....I AM !!Photos:
