DIY cup holder?

I bought the Sharak something cup holder on amazon

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Totally sucked. Is there an inexpensive DIY or regular cup holder you guys are using? I would really like to take a cup of coffee with me in the morning for long lights.

I am going to use one of these from dollar store, there like $2 so you don't have to worry about messing up too much. Cut the bottom 1/3 off and get creative on how to mount. http://www.dollartree.com/Aluminum-W...1667/index.pro

Just what I was going to suggest. You might also look at some of the sealable stainless or aluminum mugs. I have one the I just close up and stick in my jacket. No muss no fuss.

Just get the chain link at home depot, they have the smaller sizes with different clasps.
