NYS safety inspection

Does anyone know if installing after market exhaust will stop my bike from passing inspection in New York state?Jardine claims this system is louder than 80 db but the Harley Davidsons seem very loud and still get inspected.Any input before I install this system would help.

My father and I used to inspect cars, trucks and motorcycles. The exhaust was never an issue on the bikes, the state makes inspectors check the lights, horn, and tires.we didn't even have to check the brakes on the bikes. But both of us being riders we always checked them any way, just for the safety of our customers.
